Vanilla crème brûlée

Ingredients
6 egg yolks
50 cl of liquid cream
2 vanilla pods
120 g caster sugar
15 cl of milk
6 tbsp. brown sugar

PREPERATION :

Preperation - 15 min

Cooking - 45 mins

Preheat the oven to 90 ° C.

Split the vanilla pods and remove the seeds with the tip of a knife.

3.

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until the mixture whitens then add the vanilla seeds and mix well.

4.

Add the milk and then the cream, still whisking.

5.

Divide the mixture into ramekins placed on a baking sheet.

6.

Bake for 45 minutes.

7.

Leave to cool to room temperature after removing from the oven and then store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

8.

When ready to serve, sprinkle the top of each cream with brown sugar.

9.

Caramelize using a torch.

10.

Serve immediately.
